Our coffee from Chiapas is grown by Tzeltals and Tzotzils communities: descendents of Mayas in the areas of Pantelhó, Tenejapa, San Juan Cancuc, Chilón and Sitalá in the state of Chiapas in Mexico.
The coffee is grown under shadow of trees indigenous to the region. No chemicals or fertilizers are used during the cultivation, harvest and processing of the coffee. The coffee is harvested by hand.
