Choose on or more subscription coffees and add them to the shopping cart. Make sure to order the right bag size (250g or 500g) and right amount.
Go to the Checkout, Fill in your data, select Shipping method (if applicable) and Payment method
Pay for the content of the shopping cart with your favourite Payment method.
Congratulations! You’ve now paid for the first shipment of your subscription. We’ll send it as soon as possible.
The first payment is done directly after ordering your subscription using the payment method you prefer (Credit Card, iDeal, Bank Transfer …)
By doing so, you grant us permission to withdraw the monthly payments for your subscription using SEPA Direct Debit.
You can cancel the subscription any time you want through your account page. In case your cancellation is too late for us to stop the next withdrawal, we will of course deposit you the withdrawn payment back.
Payments are withdrawn on the same day every month as you ordered your subscription. Hence, if you ordered the subscription from our site on let’s say 12 April, the monthly withdrawals will be on 12 May, 12 June etc.
You will be notified in advance every time we will withdraw the money to avoid unexpected surprises.
The recurring payments will be be withdrawn by Stichting Mollie Payments with debtor ID NL08ZZZ502057730000
Sending the coffee
We have 4 fixed sending dates per month: on the 7th, the 14th, the 21st and the 28th of every month. We will send your coffee on the first sending date after your payment date. For instance , did you order your coffee subscription on the 10th of May? Then you we will send your first coffee straight away, and after that on 14 June, 14 July etc.
In case your sending date is in the weekend, we will send the coffee on the Friday before.
Holidays and so – pausing your subscription
Going on holiday and want to skip a month? That is no problem: simply login to your account and put your subscription on hold. Don’t forget to continue the subscription when you’re back!
Please note that if you pause your subscription for 3 consecutive months the subscription will automatically end. That is not our choice….a SEPA Direct Debit expires when not used for 3 months in a row and thus we then can no longer withdraw the subscription fee effectively ending the subscription. But you could always simply resubscribe of course.
And what if Engrano is having holidays? Well, then we will send you your coffee a bit earlier, before we leave. And in case that is inconvenient with respect to your own holiday, let us know and we will work something out.
